Moshe hands leadership to Yehoshua and writes the Torah down. Every generation must both let go and hand forward.
Vayeilech is a parshah of transition. Moshe knows he will not enter the land. He blesses Yehoshua publicly, encourages him with the same words G-d used, chazak ve'ematz, and writes the Torah to be read every seven years.
Real legacy is not what we hold. It is what we hand off with dignity and instruction.
This week, hand off something, a task, a mentorship, a piece of trust, with the same seriousness Moshe gave Yehoshua.
